Given recent updates and CDC guidelines related to COVID-19, we want to update you on the steps we are taking at this time.
Effective today, Wednesday, March 18, several members of our staff will be working remotely. Our infrastructure is set up to enable employees to receive all messages (email, phone, text) offsite.
We are encouraging alternatives to in-person contact. Our Objective team can easily conduct video conferences and phone calls with you in lieu of face-to-face meetings.
Rest assured, we aren’t going anywhere. We anticipate some cases may be postponed at the discretion of the surgeon or facility. There will be no disruption in our services or delay in our responses. This does not change our ability to provide exceptional customer service.
We will handle communication and help manage rescheduling.
